Sadly, if you suffer an out-of hospital cardiac arrest in the UK, you have less than a 1 in 10 chance of surviving. It’s simple to learn CPR and we are proud to be hosting a FREE Restart Your Heart event at Renu on Tuesday October 16th. Stay after a class, or come into Renu between 10.00am and 3pm and you will have the opportunity to learn CPR and understand the basics of helping someone suffering a cardiac event. Talia Spinley, one of our lovely members and owner of Save A Life Training will be demonstrating the basics, which takes just a few minutes. All welcome, bring a friend or partner, have a cup of coffee and learn a skill that could save lives.
