Studio Classes
Renu boasts a beautiful air conditioned studio where are wide range of classes for all ages and abilities are usually available.
During the outbreak of Covid – 19 Claire launched her “Live in your Lounge” classes. where you could enjoy a workout in the safety of your own home with her online class packages. These have proved so popular that they continue to run today!
We have also launched a small selection of socially distanced classes in the studio and hope to increase these as restrictions are lifted.

Claire has over 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry and trained and assessed new fitness instructors for many years. She presented masterclasses at national and international fitness conventions and regularly writes articles on health and wellbeing. In the last 15 years she has specialised in Pilates and Fitness Yoga but she still teaches classes of every discipline including HiiT, Barre Fitness, Legs Bums and Tums , Old School Aerobics, Step , Kettlebells and Core Workouts. Claire has a holistic approach to fitness and promotes wellbeing and enjoyment at the top of her list of fitness priorities. She often hosts workshops on pelvic floor function and disfunction, breathing techniques, posture, back care, beating belly fat and anti ageing tips.
