with Bob Nelson from Healing the Mind.

This month we are delighted to invite Bob Nelson from https://Healthemind.uk as our guest speaker. Bob is an experienced NLP practitioner, Life/Business Coach and Hypnotherapist. He can advise on techniques to deal with anxiety, phobias, stress, insomnia, weight loss and cravings to name a few! All these therapies work quickly and permanently, usually between 1 – 3 sessions only!
Think of our brain as our ‘hardware’ and our thoughts as our ‘software’. Thoughts create feelings and feelings create actions, which means when we do ‘things’ we don’t like, we need to reset our software and that is what Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy can do for you. Bob will be demonstrating some simple techniques that you can use to leave behind some of the things that have been holding you back and step forward to a more confident, calm and relaxed self.
