Our brand new Spring/Summer studio schedule comes into effect from Tuesday 18th April.  With many classes to choose from, these are a great way of complimenting your visits to the gym and keeping your workouts fresh and exciting.  Many of the classes are included in a gym membership, so why not try something new.  Our professionally trained instructors will be delighted to talk to you about any of the classes prior to booking and will ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease during the classes.
